Jim had worked with my in laws and friends in the past and his reputation for service was well known and passed along. He has gone above and beyond to represent us as the buyers in our new home. He treated the transaction as if it are his own and looked out for us like family even though we had only met over the phone. He has answered all of our questions or got the answers for everything from plumbers to where the appliances were bought. We were not available for some of the important things like the inspection because we live a distant away but again he handled every detail down to the minor with great care. We would highly recommend him and should we ever be seeking a realtor there would be no doubt we would chose Jim.

Lisa Wilson was the agent with us. She has been phenomenal in navigating through the process. She took care of everything, literally!. Being far from the home it would have been much more difficult without the kind of commitment Ms. Wilson showed. She is super responsive, and caring of any needs. This was the best experience we ever had with an agent and this is the third person we have used over the last 10 years. Trust……essential in both personal and business transactions. When you make what for many people is one of the largest purchases of their lives TRUST IS HUGE Need I say more……..you can be sure you can have this kind of relationship when you make the important decision to work with Natalia.
