Our long-distance purchase with realtor, Frank Ward, was seamless! Working with Patrick Dearborn and Jay Campbell was a pleasure! My home sold in 4 hours!! As soon as I showed my house to Patrick & Jay the wheels started turning as to strategy to sell as quickly as possible at the price I wanted. Again, it took only 4 hours to have a signed contract! All cash, 30 day close!! I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them in the future!
