Joe took us under his wing from the first day of contact to the final day of closing. We explained our preferences and our inexperience in homebuying to Joe, and with Joe’s guidance and insight, he helped us to make the right decisions every step of the way. During the entire process, never once did we feel any pressure nor did Joe ever insist that we get a sale done. Joe allowed us the time to select the house we really wanted. We had been receiving weekly automated emails regarding available homes in the Ave Maria community from Joe Rivera. Navigating the “AveMariaFloridaHomes” website enabled us to find the home which provided everything and more to coincide with our preferences. Then, Joe provided thorough follow-up with us and shared his years of expertise. First, Joe guided us by giving us a price range that pertained to the true value of the home instead of the advertised sale price.
