Not only is Dean extremely knowledgeable, caring, prompt, professional, he is willing to go the extra mile. Dean was recommended to us by our Mortgage Professional based off of their successful past relationship. When we contacted Dean and told him our daunting task of moving across the country, with our timeline, and budget constraints he took us under his wing and we were off flying. He spent hours looking for houses for us, contacting other realtors, speaking with our mortgage company, you name it! No matter what barrier we came up against, he had an answer and a way around it. His communication is phenomenal and prompt, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. John is a big bald Greek guy that is a hell of a realtor. I had a great experiencing working with him to find our new house. John goes above and beyond most realtors. I will most certainly reach out to John the Greek the next time we go to buy or sell a house.

Jim Carzo was an exceptional broker for us. He was a good negotiator, communicator and handler of tough situations. The buyer’s broker was relatively inexperienced so Jim ended up being a good adviser for him and us. But, most of all, his experience at Palmira allowed him to achieve a premium price for our home. More that paid for his fee in value.

I enjoyed working with Jim. Although my husband was most involved in the sale and negotiation, Jim was kind enough to contact me on occasion, to ensure that the home was ready for showings and open houses. Advance notice was most considerate and appreciated. We were also pleased to get a premium price on our home. Just wish the closing didn’t take as long as it did, with several issues prompted by the buyer and their attorneys. Nonetheless, we would use Jim again and have referred him to friends. Excellent agent.
