We have been working with Jake since COVID started and we came down to Cape Coral for vacation. Jake has been so patient and so very helpful in teaching us about the area and how things works with from owning a home to a condo. Our life style we decided was best for a condo. Each trip to Fort Myers area we would get in touch with Jake and he would show us the places we wanted to see, each place we seen he would get a better idea of exactly what we wanted. Anita was very professional in a difficult sale situation. She was available to guide different entities in solving unforeseen problems and showed patience and understanding throughout the 6 month multi contract sale. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needed a professional agent.

All I say is wow! Our agent, Kerri Cropper went above and beyond in listening, understanding and finding us properties that hit the majority of our needs/wants within our budget in a very challenging market. Over the years, my wife and I have bought a number of homes and worked with several realtors in the process but we have never experienced such a helpful person as Kerri. The level of commitment in getting our deal to close with an extremely difficult seller and selling agent was very much appreciated! She worked closely with the original builder and contractors in remedying construction imperfections which in most cases shouldn’t have been her responsibility but she pushed forward and was able to fix the majority of the pending issues. Which we’re extremely thankful. We would highly recommend Kerri to any of our family and friends. It was truly a pleasure meeting and working with her.

I had the good fortune of meeting Paulina and Natalia at an open house while I was at the browsing stage. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the local real estate market and their level of professionalism. After discussing my unique needs with them I knew that day and told them that they would soon be doing business together. About a month later we put an offer on a home that had everything I was looking for and after some back and forth---the offer was accepted. Like most real estate transactions there were issues along the way and this mom & daughter team handled each one promptly and efficiently. I have bought many homes throughout my life and this was by far the best realtor experience I have had. I not only stumbled on a good realtor but I also made new friends.
