After Hurricane Ian, my condo in Park Shore was destroyed. With the majority vote of the residents, we sold to a developer. There were many hurdles with closing an entire development and many delays in closing dates. Lisa was there to navigate thru the entire transaction. I can't say enough good things about Michael Soulard and Darlene Spars. He represented us as both as buyer and seller which was very helpful to us and certainly simplified everything during this stressful time. They were both very knowledgeable about the senior living community we were buying into and that helped us make our decision as well. I think what I appreciated most was when I had a question or concern and texted or emailed, one or both answered me immediately and didn't leave me wondering. As busy as they both obviously were, they were never too busy for me. They were professional yet friendly and made us both comfortable in our decisions. We joked and laughed together. I felt very comfortable with Darlene doing our open house. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and as a matter of fact, we already have. Anita is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and very aggressive in selling, which is a wonderful thing. She helped us through the whole process, even when we were moving. She helped us even get a moving company and cleaners at the last minute. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we could not have been more grateful for her help and expertise.

Our realtor was Anita Colletti from John R Woods. She did a marvelous job representing us through the whole process. Anita went above and beyond what I expected. I just can not even iterate the many times she came to the rescue during every step of the process from the showings all the way until after closing.

Would prefer not to do a video, but can’t say enough great things about Jeff. Many of our Northeast friends and work colleagues have expressed an interest in Naples and we would send everyone of those folks to Jeff. Could not have had a better experience and his professionalism, unbiased advice, responsiveness, attention to detail and follow up was totally impressive. And he has a great personality and low key approach that matched up well with us.
