This was my second transaction with Michelle. We are building another home which she sold us at Esplanade lakes. I can not believe how seamless this transaction was. We got more money than we imagined, was able and o stay from the season, sold some furniture we did not want with the home, and sailed through the inspections with flying colors. She is classy and competent. Fwi the buyer attended an open house she held and she did a commercial of our home!
