Aaron did something no other realtor/broker had done for us in a long time. When he said he was going to do something---he did it! Sounds like a simple concept--apparently not { in past experiences.} Aaron cares!-Refreshing! We asked Aaron to be at showings because we had seen and heard on camera over the years disaster. We live 3 hours away from Cape Coral. We asked him to get there earlier than client--open up the house-get house cooled down and check it. Like clockwork---he was ALWAYS way early---even to point of finding birds nest and dead bird. Prior, we continually heard real estate agents give misinformation and not really show a house. Aaron was extremely well versed, professional---and able to adapt to any client looking at the home. Because of this he sold an expensive home to a man who, to date, did a lot of looking and no buying---and in sold it in 3 months! Particularly when selling multi-million dollar homes---the agent you chose makes all the difference. Our first was a long time friend agent that left doors unlocked-let the home become a free for all. Broke every agreement we had with her. At times she was not dressed professional---told clients about her menopause--missed showing and let new agent show the home who stood in kitchen unprepared. Basically-broke every agreement we had with her. Love-love--love Aaron--he was perfect!!!!
