Mary Jo was great to work with. She is extremely knowledgable about the area we wanted to purchase in (Pelican Bay) and went above and beyond to get information we requested. She was pleasant, personable and upbeat throughout the transaction. Even after the sale closed, she took time to get information we needed to resolve a problem with the unit. Her education and background helped me to stage my home so that it would appeal to buyers. Her knowledge of the real estate market certainly made a difference in listing and marketing my home. Agent was extremely professional and well prepared for initial meeting with various presentation materials before we signed with agent.
