Alysia's wisdom and counsel has been invaluable. She initially spent a lot of time learning our preferences and matching us with suggested properties, explaining the comparative subtleties and advantages. Then, as regional market economics shifted radically, she was able to intuitively offer alternatives that matched both our tastes and our resources, effectively redirecting us by redefining a few key parameters. Alysia's second contribution -- a huge one -- was her ability to advise us comprehensively on the bid process and subsequent transaction, from bid strategies and practices right down to the smallest nuts-and-bolts details of utility accounts and the closing process. It seems fair to say that the entire process would have been much more difficult, if it had even been at all successful, without Alysia Shivers' professional expertise and personal care.

Alysia was not oniy knowledge and professional but she was also kind and patient. She goes to extra mile to make the process smooth and seamless. She helped us find the right lender and Alysia stayed connected and available every step of the way. She even did a virtual video walk through for us. We would never use anyone else in the future.
