I was referred to Alysia by a friend who has lived in the area for the last few years. My husband and I were relocating from Colorado and wanted to see multiple areas and communities. Alysia first gathered information regarding our wants and needs in a new house and community. She then put our requirements into the portal, and we received daily emails with properties to view, which we could save for our future visit. The week of our visit, we hit the ground running and viewed multiple properties. Alysia had the listings printed and a schedule for our day. Alysia was incredibly informative about living in Florida, and the pluses and minuses of living in each of the areas/communities. Not only was her breadth of knowledge extensive but her approach to her job was exemplary. She has a kind, direct, and thoughtful approach. If she is unsure of an answer, she will research it and respond quickly. She was not pushy or overbearing. She allowed us the freedom to discover our options and offered opinions when we asked for them. Once we decided to purchase she was with us every step of the way providing guidance and support I have purchased and sold now five homes and found Alysia to be at the top of all the realtors I have used. I not only found a 'five star' relator with Alysia but a wonderful person who I can now call a trusted friend.

To say Alysia Shivers is a realtor extraordinaire would only be putting it mildly. In my opinion there are not enough accolades to describe the extraordinary job she does helping and representing her clients. My husband and I have been married for quite a few years and we have purchased and sold many properties over time. Alysia is by far THE BEST realtor we have worked with. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is organized, knowledgeable, patient, funny, and when we have been stressed or worried she has helped to alleviate those issues. Alysia was very helpful in guiding us to the communities that would best meet our criteria. Alysia was very helpful and prompt whenever we needed something done as well as solving any problem or questions answered. She was very quick to answer any questions we had.
