Kyra brought the out of state buyers to our Condo in Fort Myers and she SOLD them on our 1st Floor 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condo with a Den and two enclosed Lanais with new ceiling fans and. Brand new, 2020, HVAC system with a ten-year warranty for the Buyers! Kyra brought in a Full Price CASH offer in three weeks to close and we were ready to Sell and move to the Ocean Side of Florida. Kyra and her husband and Team handled all of the details. Kyra SOLD our condo fully furnished with newer Stainless steel Kitchen Appliances. Granite counters in the kitchen and 3/4 inch glass shower doors in both bathrooms. Kyra had a professional photographer take pictures for a marketing brochure that was really beautiful and she hosted Open Houses. Kyra is an extremely professional and conscientious Realtor whom I would highly recommend. Kyra was an excellent agent.
