Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Karen Brown has taken a great deal of her time to look at many properties and has been a great help and worked extremely hard for me. I've never had better service or had anyone else who looked out for my interests like she did.

Karen was an incredible resource when we were relocating to Florida! She worked with us prior to our arrival and worked diligently to show us as much as possible in the few days we had. We felt confident in the process because we had her in our corner, and she went out of her way to give us the best home buying experience. She was able to answer every question we had about the area, giving us everything down to restaurant recommendations. And they were always on-point! We've kept in touch, and when my dad was considering a condo to spend the winters she was our first call.

We would not be sitting here today enjoying our beautiful lanai and pool if we did not put ourselves into the capable hands of our realtor, Karen Brown. During a whirlwind weekend visit, we were expertly guided by Karen who read our needs and helped us to find the perfect home!

Karen is an unbelievable realtor and a great person as well. She sold my home after 3 different realtors were unable to do so. She made a difficult decision for me an easy one. She is an exceptionallly hard worker, conscientious, very organized, and the best realtor in Charlotte county. You will never go wrong with choosing Karen to be on your side.

Karen has guided me through the successful sale of several properties. Her astute knowledge of The Market coupled with her amazing business skills have made every transaction a huge success. On a personal level, few people have the character and integrity that Karen has. I am grateful to this remarkable woman and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for guidance in Real Estate.

We recently purchased a home in Punta Gurda and we worked with Karen over the last year. It was a pleasure working with someone that had the answers or would find out what was needed. She is a tireless worker that I would highly recommend contacting if your buying or selling. Thank you again Karen for your hard work through these difficult times with Covid etc. DJM

Michael Saunders Realty is blessed and very fortunate to have Karen Brown represent the company name. Her dedication, knowledge, customer service is superior. I have had the opportunity to work with Karen in selling 2 properties in Punta Gorda and have recommended her to friends as well. The referrals were just as pleased with having Karen as their agent as I am. Her patience shown during a listing that took over a year to sell this past year and working through the pandemic period never ceased to amaze me.In today’s world of not so great customer service at many companies and organizations, Karen continues to excel in every aspect of professionalism. Sincerely, Jane Spencer
