Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Your sales associate, Karen Brown from your Punta Gorda office, sold my wife's and my Condominium on October 19, 2020. The Condo sold for $50,000 more than any other condo in the history of the Harbor Landing condominium development.Obviously, my wife and I are happy with the result. We are quite familiar with Karen Brown's outstanding abilities because she sold a the home we owned in Punta Gorda Isles in 2015 for in excess of seven figures. I would confidently recommend Karen to anyone looking for a real estate agent to serve them in the Punta Gorda area. She knows what she is doing!! Robert W. Spencer

Karen is excellent at what she does. Whether it is finding a home that is the right fit for you or listing a property, she will do so with efficiency and grace. Over the years, our family has worked with Karen on multiple real estate transactions. We have always found her to be hard working, fair and extremely conscientious. May I also add that Karen is a warm and caring person who is a pleasure to work with.

I just wanted to praise Karen on her personable and honest customer experience she provides. I just recently closed remotely on a vacant lot in Punta Gorda that I hope to build on in the future. Karen demonstrated her knowledge and experience while supporting me through the entire process from the offer through the closing. I would personally use Karen for any future real estate purchases in the Punta Gorda area and give Karen 5 stars for this excellent buying experience.

Karen Brown was a godsend in helping us with the locating, communicating, and purchasing of a vacant lot. She answered questions in a timely manner; looked up answers if needed and worked beyond the 10th hour to help us make a decision. She is now helping us locate and possibly purchase the vacant lot next door.

We were fortunate to have a referral for Karen and have her on our team. She was always available while we were here searching and always was prompt in responding to any calls we had while looking for a home. The whole process seemed to fall into place and went smoothly, Karen's attention to detail, along with her knowledge of the home sale process was a big comfort to us. She always responded to any questions or comments that we had about the transaction. And also stayed on top of the home inspection, home insurance, and closing actions. We couldn’t have done this on our own. I will make sure to keep Karen and your Company in mind if anybody is looking for a reference to purchase or sell a home.

Outstanding Agent...got it DONE when others could not ! We had a previous agent market our home for many months and not even any showings. A friend told me about Karen and from the minute we met her we could tell she would get the job done ! Within weeks Karen hosted open houses and before we knew it offers came in and we were able to sell and move on with our relocation plans.
