We have bought many homes in the past and used several different realtors. But never have we experience a "full service" realtor before. Lisa took care of us from the very beginning. She listened to what we were looking for and the purchase price we wanted to stay in. Lisa constantly communicated with us every step of the process. If we had a question, she was there to answer it. If she didn't know, you got back to us with the answer. She negotiated in good faith for us/the buyer. We placed our trust in her and it truly paid off. I would not think twice to recommend her to our friends. They would be lucky to have her.

Michele is amazing! She guided us through every step of the buying process seamlessly. She was incredibly thorough and organized. Her communication skills were top notch and so helpful as we were not local. She went above and beyond to answer questions and give us information. Nicola was wonderful to work with, she is very professional and hardworking, and always responded quickly to our questions. Before we closed on our new Naples home, we had to sell our home on Cape Cod first, but we had no idea about realtors there. Sally was very helpful to me in overcoming, some problems created by the previous resident and real estate agent. She helped arrange with independent services to get various problems sraightened out. All the procedures at the closing were quite simple and anytime I had questions she and her staff answered quite capably. I would recommend Sally for her efficiency, knowledge and being easy to work with.
