Matt Vos was excellent. We first spoke with Matt 5 weeks ago. Within a week we were traveling from Michigan to Bonita to look at over a dozen properties. Once we decided on a location Matt provided us a comprehensive list of all properties to review. Once we decided on the property we wanted Matt handled the negotiations for getting our purchase agreement approved. Matt spent a lot of time with us, he was courteous and professional. Selling a home is one of the top stressors in life. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional realtor in the Bonita Springs, Naples area we would highly recommend Kellie Brown! Kellie researched the sales in our community over the past several quarters and years. She had that information in a printed graph for us at our initial meeting. She was there with us for every step of the selling process, communicating and guiding but never pushing. Kellie went above and beyond, working while away on her vacation; even stepping in to wait for a contractor because this is our second home and we live out of state.
