Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We have worked with Zach for over two years, as we prepared for retirement and moving to Naples. He supplied us with MLS listings set up for our parameters, and when we finally came down here it took only 3 days to find a dwelling superbly matching our requirements. He maintained contact with us for two years, and in Naples was always available with answers to our questions. I will recommend him heartily to anyone I know looking for a property, a great job by a great Realtor.

Zach Anderson was very pleasant to do business with. He helped us in many ways. Zach kept us aware of all The issues that were important to our real estate decisions. Zach made great property searches to give us options and a good look at all properties. Home viewings were complete and we saw good and bad features of all buildings. Zach worked hard on our final contract and fought for a good price on our final choice.

My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Zach was almost always immediately available, especially after I chose a house to bid on. I obtained a VA loan, and I believe the VA folk are stricter wrt market price and offer price. Zach assisted me in the buying / bidding process. His team also assisted in providing POCs for electric, landscape, cable, etc. I’m looking forward to turning the page and plan to move in at the end of July. I would and will recommend Zach and John R. Wood inc. to anyone in the market. v/r Darrell Ryan

I would use Zach again in a heartbeat. I’ve sold about 900 homes so I know a good agent when I see one. Zach is in the top in his field. Highly recommended. Thanks Zach. Love the Home. Looking forward to the next transaction
