Have been associated with the Chris Siemers and the Siemers Group since 2004. We bought our Villa through Chris Siemers. Lived in the same gated community and often encountered each other at the Eagle Creek Country Club. When we put our house up for sale we contacted Chris and entered into a contract. We felt comfortable dealing the Siemers group since they originally sold us the Villa.The Siemers Group advertised our Villa appropriately and were always there when questions needed to be answered. Chris handled the sale in a very profession way and the sale went very smoothly. Once again, Chris is a really great professional sales realtor. Will/would recommend her and the group to anyone looking to sell their home.

Shannon sold our home when others couldn't and did it quickly and in a highly professional way. She found us our new home in Bay Colony and negotiated an excellent purchase price, again in a highly professional manner.
