Absurdly intelligent realtor! She knows her stuff inside and out. Honestly, the BEST NEGOTIATOR I have EVER met. Easily will save you more than any commission. She does not make mistakes. Susie was thoroughly professional and "hands on" during the entire transaction. She kept us advised of our performance deadlines, and those of the Seller as well. She had many helpful suggestions regarding the transaction and went out of her way to familiarize us with the community and the Naples area in general. She made everything convenient for us, including helping us with travel and lodging arrangements (we are New Jersey residents), establishing utility accounts, and even brought us breakfast the morning after our move-in.

I have not had any interactions with David Tate, so I cannot comment on him. My sales associate was Pat Ward, who works with David Tate. Pat was our buyer agent, in 2009, in the purchase the of condo that we just sold, also our agent for a home in Naples that we purchased in January 2016, as well as acting as our broker in this current transaction. We keep going to Pat, and referring all our friends and acquaintances to Pat, because we find her to be very responsive, honest, straightforward in all matters, and most helpful in facilitating the transaction whether she is on the buyer or seller end. We do not live full time in Naples, so Pat has taken care of all the little, and not so little details, of finding the appropriate resources for repairs, etc. and making sure that all the details and loose ends are tied up. I believe that we could not have completed the last sale without her help. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Naples area.

Alysia was amazing from the very first moment we met her. She won over several other realtors because she came in with a great plan and a vision for executing the plan. She kept an open line of communication with us throughout so we always felt secure in where we were in the process. Selling our house was as much a testament to her work as it was to ours.
