Stacy is very knowledgeable about the trends and pricing of her local market. She was very helpful in finding a handyman to do some minor repairs on our house prior to putting it on the market. She kept us informed of all showings and provided any feedback offered by prospective buyers and their agents. She also found a charity to donate our unneeded furniture. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home on Marco island.

From the first day we meet Alysia for the purpose of selecting a Broker and the firm that we felt we could work well with and provide the service we wanted to handle our sale we immediately knew Alysia was the one. Going forward from that day to the day of the closing she handled herself as a professional ready to help in any way necessary. Alysia was able to provide us with contacts from house cleaners to movers to repair companies of any trade we needed, she knew how to get the job done. Alysia always followed up in a very timely manner after every showing with the good and the bad comments from prospective buyers keeping us in the loop.. The only negative to working with Alysia was that our home sold quick (thanks to Alysia) and we are no longer receive text message and phone calls from Alysia..
