Stacy and Scott Needles are THE best, I have had my condo on the market for 17 months with three realtors before them and none of them came up with the suggestions Stacy did. She knows the business and was always ready to help. I received constant updates and reports which are very important. They are not just sales people that take orders, they go out and get the clients and promote the product the right way. It is very easy to say you are a realtor, put the information on line and sit back and wait for other realtors to sell. That is ABSOLUTELY NOT the case of Stacy. They are professional business people that look for where potential clients are and give you suggestions when they see what the market is like. If I had Stacy from the beginning I am sure she would have sold it for me 12 months ago and at a price that was great at that time.

We recently bought a condo in Old Naples with Cinda's assistance. Truthfully, she did it all and we couldn't have done it without her. All we had to do was choose the condo and sign the documents. The experience was as flawless and enjoyable as it could be. There is truly nothing that is too difficult for Cinda. She provided us with background information of every condo and comparable and had very useful market information and advice that helped us make a good decision. At every step of the way it was obvious that she defines exactly what the client wants, that their needs are paramount and that she works diligently to find the perfect home for them. We always felt that Cinda wasn't trying to sell us just any home, but was ensuring it was the right home. We felt that way for every step of the process. She provides excellent service and is not content to accept less than that from the various inspectors and other professionals that are involved in the process. Her efforts didn't stop at closing, either. Since then, she has worked for us and advised us on the things you don't think of when buying a home but are second nature to a good realtor. She was always, and continues to be our advocate in that regard. Cinda is an excellent realtor.
