I have known the Samuels' to be gifted, thorough and totally professional in each and every interaction I have had with them. Karen, with her extensive law background and Rowan with his years as heading advertising agency, make a perfect real estate team. Whether I am marketing one of my own properties or looking to buy in Naples, I would want them to work with me.

We really enjoyed working with Rowan Samuel. He gave us great advice and did not make promises that he could not keep. He sold the home quickly and communicated very well every step of the way. It would be a pleasure to do business with him again.

Karyn was very helpful in helping us narrow down the right house for us. She knows the market really well and will tell you what you can get for your money. She is very knowledgeable about all of Naples including the school zones, dinner places and of course the best beaches to go to. Karyn was very patient in helping us find the right home for my family.

Perfect is an understatement when working with Karyn Samuel. The Real Estate world can be exciting and frustrating at the same time but having Karyn Samuel by your side will turn all those imperfections into opportunities. Your best interest is always her main goal and with elegant honesty she will keep you grounded: realistic expectations with a touch of premeditated risk. We recently purchased two homes in completely different neighborhoods and feel she understood every single one of our needs and procured things we didn't even know we could have. What you see is what you get with her. What I see is one of the best realtors in town!

Karyn was an excellent realtor and she helped us find a home that was right for us moving down from Maryland. She worked hard to make sure that we did not have to have the headaches from the hassles of "For Sale by Owner" and helped smooth the process out. Karyn has excellent knowledge of the area and has her finger on the pulse of properties and the future of the area. We truly recommend Karyn!
