Karyn Samuel is the concierge of real estate agents, and the only agent we will ever trust with our home buying and selling needs. Karyn's proactive, meticulous and expert attention to detail at every step of the process turned selling our home (normally a stressful, burdensome process) into a complete breeze. Given our family's travel and work schedule, we had very little time to devote to getting our Park Shore home ready for sale, and Karyn stepped up and filled each need. She suggested the minor repairs we needed, arranged vendors for estimates, was present at the house for the execution of the repairs, staged the home beautifully, hired professional photographers to produce gorgeous photos for the listing (including aerial drone shots), held broker and public open houses, and priced the house accurately and ambitiously. Because of Karyn's skill in preparing the house for sale, marketing, and her precision pricing, we had a winning offer the first day our home hit the market -- at a price that exceeded our expectations. Her background as an attorney was an excellent asset in terms of negotiations with the buyer, inspections and financing, all of which saved us money and headaches. Karyn was our agent in the purchase of our home as well, and was equally impressive in that transaction. Rowan made the process of buying a home in Naples easy as possible. Unlike many other realtors he caught every detail and was willing to fight for the best price possible even though that means a smaller commission for him. I wouldn't use anyone besides the Samuel team for your real estate needs in Naples.

Kayrn is a joy to work with...very knowledgeable about the housing market as well as the area. We were not in Naples during all our house buying process and she was able to coordinate everything for us. I would use her again if we buy another home.
