Zach and Dan Anderson were extremely helpful in getting our home sold and closed. Zach made numerous recommendations to prepare our home for sale which were right on. He does not pressure his clients on listing price, giving his expert guidance. When we looked at homes for sale in Tennessee where we have relocated, you could see the difference in homes not well prepared for sale.
