Sandy was a great help to me. I inherited my parents' home and when I wanted to sell, I wanted someone who could handle everything without me having to be in Florida. She was able to get all of the work done on the home that the buyer requested and get us through settlement without me having to take time out of my family's life to have to come down and make sure things were being done. I really appreciate her hard work.

Ms. Hagstrom provided excellent advice and service throughout the preparation, marketing and sales process. She knows the local market and knows how to sell a property in Naples. I represented an estate in this sale and was remote most of the time. Given this situation it was very important that Annie and I communicate clearly and often. She was excellent. As parties expressed interest we needed to discuss sales strategies and our response. Annie provided solid advice and listened to my ideas as well. We had a good working relationship. Without hesitation i would recommend Annie.
