Rex is very knowledgeable, amusingly personable and a reliable, salt of the earth guy. You can tell when you are working with an experienced professional who can quickly and analytically identify salient ideas both large and small, and honestly assess the pros and cons of any property. I'd trust Rex's advice and judgement in any real estate matter. He helped us to close on a small property within 3 weeks of seeing it and we would seek him out when we are ready to buy or sell another property.

We have used Michelle for four transactions within the past three years. We have found Michelle to be extremely knowledgeable and competent in her job.
