Michael & Marianne Fechter did an excellent job in listing my mother’s home in Shadow Woods in Bonita Springs Florida. Since we were handling this transaction remotely from Michigan, their strong and open communications and integrity gave us comfort that everything was being handled in a professional manner. They thoroughly researched comparable homes for sale in the area to advise us on establishing pricing. They personally took over cleaning up the house, removing clutter and unwanted furniture, lining up necessary repairs, and staging the home for attractive presentation for potential buyers. The home was listed on their universal website for widespread coverage as well as signage allowed on the site. Michael and Marianne offered numerous open houses along with personal appointments for showings. Their services followed right through the closing. The legal counsel recommended did a complete & thorough job preparing the closing paperwork & detailing allocation of expenses and the proper transfer of funds. Michael & Marianne worked as a great team keeping us informed and advised during the entire process. Most important they put my mother’s interest first. Thank you Michael & Marianne!
