Mary Jo did a great job for us. Our condo sold for the highest price ever for a two bedroom unit in the St. Tropez. It sold within three days of listing. She kept everything on track right up through the scheduled closing. We. Would highly recommend her to others buying or selling property in Pelican Bay!

Mary Jo was a pleasure to work with and we give her complete credit for helping us to both sell and buy well. She is one of those people who goes the extra mile to help, even when she doesn't need to.

Mary Jo did an outstanding job for us as the Buyers’ Agent. She provided excellent advice during the negotiation process which resulted in us getting a fair price for a condominium in “as is” condition. After the sales contract was concluded, she provided excellent service in the coordination of home inspections and arranging building access for building contractors. We have relied on Mary Jo’s expertise for two real estate transactions and would recommend her unconditionally to anyone looking for a great real estate agent. She is simply the best.

I have worked with several RE agents in multiple states for the past 30 years and MJ is the best, most thoughtful/insightful, and committed agent of them all. She was patient, listened intently to our goals and while we started out on a different path, found a solution that will end up being a perfect match for us. If Pelican Bay in your desired destination - I'd strongly recommend you meet her.
