Over the past fifty years – we have lived in five states and bought and sold six houses. Our latest house, sold here in Naples was handled by Keller Williams Realty, Naples. the Realtors used in prior location’s were satisfactory, but none can compare with that we usedhere in Naples. Before being listed, we were met with Nico Paredes who arranged to have two companies come in to prepare the house for visits. Accent Cleaning Services and a Professional Photographer were brought in and created a fantastic photographic presentation and a very clean house !! . Soon after this was conducted – a well organized series of site visits were planned – both Open House and individual clients were planned at very convenient times But alas – after many site visits – we were able to sign off the sale after almost TWO weeks. Nico and his team were a blessing for my family. He not only helped me buy my first home, where I raised my son and brought my daughter into the world, he then helped me sell that same home when life brought me opportunities for change. Nico helped us get ready for market, helped me plan the transition, and left me at ease when I finally left town and my home in his hands. All I did was follow his advice and Within a week he got us over asking price for our home. Nico has always been a man of his word to me. From the outside, I only see a good, dedicated, hard working man who stands by his word once it’s given. I cannot recommend him enough. Prior to meeting Nico, I worked with 4 other realtors who did not deliver like Nico did. I think you will be hard pressed to find a better realtor. It was such a pleasure to work with Nico and his team as they helped my family and I relocate to Cape Coral FL. Having a large family of 9, myself, my husband and our young 7 children, any task can be challenging and Nico made this 1000+ mile move a walk in the park for us! We had so many factors come in during this entire process and we couldn't have accomplished what we did without him! His knowledge of the market and the area is above expert level and we knew from the start he viewed us as family and only wanted the best for us. Nico is extremely patient, thoughtful and helpful. Nico worked with us buying a house remotely (from over 3,000 miles away). Nico helped us with local financing and supported us all the waythrough closing. We have completed the move and are settling into our beautiful home!
