Simon worked tirelessly to find us the home we wanted. We wanted a beach house but knew that they were above our budget and the market as it is, we decided to purchase a condo as close to the beach as possible. We viewed many properties that suited our needs but Simon sensed we were settling. He spent many hours searching for the home we wanted until he found it. The house was perfect and many offers placed. Simon used his talent, knowledge of the market and superior negotiating skills to persuade the seller to accept our offer. We could not be happier. Simon is truly a five star salesman he did all that he could to make our purchase as successful as it was.
