Despite the difficult market conditions Alysia has been relentless in her efforts to get as much action on the property as possible which led to the eventual offer that was accepted. From the professional pictures and video to the follow up provided on a regular basis I consider Alysia an exceptional agent and would highly recommend her.

Alysia was very best real estate agents I have dealt with. We gave her our list of wants and she was able to find us an extensive list of condos to look at. She was honest with us when looking at properties and did not try to over sell us something out of our budget. She was very reachable either through phone, text or email. I would definitely recommend Alysia to anyone.

There was a difficult lender on the buyer's end and Alysia worked well with the other realtor and they worked it out. Also, the appraisal came in low and Alysia also made that work. She took a bad situation and made it perfect for everyone involved!

Alysia had to help a very inexperienced realtor on the sale of his property. She dealt with him in such a helpful and professional manner at all times. She knew how much we wanted this house and put in many extra hours to make it happen. I believe some other realtors may have been just so exasperated, but Alysia maintained a calm and professional manner and we got our dream home because of her hard work!
