Mike Faulkner was recommended to my wife and I by my brother and he certainly lived up to our expectations. I would say that the degree of difficulty on selling our pretty unique little house in a very special location was very high. There were several difficult challenges and decisions to be made that came up during the journey of finding a buyer. While we got upset the way most home sellers would he remained a steady confident professional guide and advisor until we sold the house. We also were very impressed with the photos taken and could tell he had very strong support from his office. Its clear he has a lot of experience and applies it well. We would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

2 years ago After working with Mike recently on a real estate deal, I can say that he is a great real estate person! I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and pine island specifically. When I decided to pursue building a home, he was able to walk me through that process as well.
