Shawn was so comfortable to be around and made it so easy. After identifying exactly what I wanted he showed me only the properties that fit in the criteria that fit my expectations. He also was no pressure. Love that! The closing was easy and fast and Shawn did an excellent job of explaining things to me as well as answering endless questions. I would deffinatly use Shawn again. He is helping a friend find a property now and I have given his name to another friend interested in moving. Love to pass along a name of someone who is interested in helping others.

Shawn was incredible. He was great at communicating all through the process and was always quick to respond to my questions. This transactions had some glitches caused by the seller and selling agent, yet Shawn remained positive and handles everything with grace and positivity.
