Since purchasing our home, we have recommended them to multiple family and friends in Kentucky. Telling each one if you ever think about moving to Florida you need to look up Kyra and David! They drove us to properties both far and near and helped us look at each one, help us to dinner for potential issues as well as great selling point about each home. Because we made 2 trips to the area, Kyra was forced to do a complete repeat performance when I came down on the second trip. In our case, Kyra had to help us establish our criteria, then develop a list of properties that fit our criteria and ultimately show the properties to us. Because we didn't really know exactly what we wanted or what were our "must haves", we really tested her patience. She passed the test with flying colors!

This was a very emotional time for me on many levels. I had left enough things in the hse, so I could go back and stay! Kyra was patient, never sounded annoyed with my contacts, kept me well informed and up to date by call, text, and email. I also was comfortable with David being there to oversee the care and inspections of my house. They made a difficult time more bearable. I appreciated their care.
