Dottie Sugarman is extraordinary on so many levels. In our case she made every effort to get our home exposure during a challenging real estate environment. When we finally got a contract she went above and beyond under an extremely compressed timeline and a contentious buyer situation while we were in a 12-hour different time zone 27 of the 30 days of this transaction. She took charge, understanding we could only reach her at certain times. Dottie Sugarman is a real "Gem" in the real estate world. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of Bonita Bay, but especially the Hi-Rise buildings. No other real estate agent knows the Hi-Rises like her. Dottie knows which buildings are suitable for those who want to rent their unit, and which buildings are suitable for living full-time. She knows which buildings have a great social network, and which ones have a contentious atmosphere between residents and/or their Board. Each building has its own unique "culture", and she knows what it is. Dottie is also an extremely dedicated realtor who lives in BB full time. She will work tirelessly to sell your home, or to find you a new one. She is very patient and is able to navigate through difficult transactions to get you, her client, through closing.
