I am very grateful that Kara Heaslip was there to assist me in a very difficult time of need. She has been extremely helpful and compassionate helping me every way she could. I only had to sign a few papers and she did the rest. My situation was very complicated and I do not think anyone else would have done such a tremendous job. She took so much stress off my shoulders and was there every time something went wrong and took care of the issues herself. She listed and sold two properties for me and they both went fast and with the least amount of effort from me. I highly recommend her. Forever grateful.

Kara Heaslip went above and beyond in every aspect of our purchase and sales transactions with her. Regardless of the day or time we wanted or needed her assistance, she dropped everything to be there for us. Kara has a very deep understanding of the Naples and area market which was extremely beneficial. She was extremely patient, professional and diligent making sure we understood what was involved in any purchase we were considering and whether there were any risks we needed to be aware of. She was energetic and fun, an absolute delight to deal with. I really can’t say enough about the very positive experience we had with Kara. I would highly recommend (and already have) Kara to anyone thinking of buying or selling in Naples.

Kara, was extremely helpful and went way out of her way for us. Kara Heaslip was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kara Heaslip was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She guided us through the pricing and marketing of the home and was very knowledgeable about the Naples real estate market place. She gave us great advice and even recommended certain charities for cleanout and vendors for repairs, even the paralegal who did the closing; all were great to work with also. Not only would we work with Kara again but we would also work with those charities and vendors again. And most impressive of all she sold the house in less than a week and got us a full price offer!
