Mariann is very thorough and detailed in her presentation of the properties she shows. Absent the active assistance of Michael and Marianne Fechter, far greater than anythng we had experienced before, this sale would have been much delayed and may not have occurred at all.. Their prior experiences as well as those gained while working for John R. Wood were crucial to the rapid and very satisfactory conclusion of this sale. As it turned out this buyer was a very difficult person to deal with and Michael's skillful handling of countless challenges is a primary reason that we ended up with such a happy ending. I will never again complain about the commission earned by a realty agent. Michael and Marianne earned every penny and perhaps more of their commission.
