This was our fourth transaction with Pat and we couldn’t be happier. Pat may be my best asset in real estate, he’s simply invaluable.

We had a poor experience with another agent from a different office that lead us to release that agent, miss out on a home purchase and contact the homes listing agent, Patrick Dearborn. Upon calling Patrick he advised us that the home we wanted already went pending and even though it sold for less than we were willing to pay he had to honor that contract. He was so easy to talk with and actually listened to what we were saying that he became our new Naples agent on the spot. One more phone call with Patrick and we purchased a very nice place (sight unseen and cash) in the same gated community and now are very happy. THANK YOU PATRICK DEARBORN for being an exceptional communicator and realtor! Sincerely, Jon & Danyel

The Dearborn Team was absolutely fantastic! Lisa & Patrick were professional and attentive to all our questions and requests. They made the transaction easy and stress free providing the background of the property and provided more information than requested for me and my family to make an informed decision. We will definitely be using Team Dearborn in the future for other real estate opportunities and highly recommend them for anyone looking for property in Naples!!!
