We have now purchased 2 properties and sold 4 properties with Alysia. She also sold a property for another family member just 7 weeks ago. We find Alysia Testa to be a professional and does everything, follow up, etc. Communication excellent. I would give over 5 stars if possible.

Alysia Testa was a great partner throughout the experience of selling my condo. We talked often about buyer feedback, pricing and open house strategy. When the buyers came through, she was extremely knowledgeable about the community and benefits of my specific unit so the buyers truly understood the value of my unit vs comps in the neighborhood. She did a great job!
