Jenny made the entire sale easy. She was extremely responsive and helpful. We would ask questions and find answers quickly, as well as offer suggestions we didn't even think of. We are extremely loyal to our realtor back home in Austin. We have used her for multiple purchases, referred her to friends, and had our daughter use her to buy her first place. We were lucky to have found Jenny Beach as our agent. Although a friend told me about John R Wood as an agency and I had inquired via your online system, we never got a return contact. I found Ms. Beach's name through a listing she had for a condo in Ft. Myers Beach and, although that was not the right one for us, she demonstrated an understanding of our needs and aspirations that we asked her to join us in our search. Because we were trying to conduct most of search remotely, we needed an agent who was willing to go the extra mile by visiting and providing feedback on a number of properties and to take detailed videos of several to help us better evaluate a property. She was willing to make this investment even with the market as hot as it was and without even meeting us, because she's committed to helping her clients be successful in their search. Too many agents are focused solely on how do they maximize their commissions. Throughout the entire process, Jenny was there for us. She was extremely responsive, even if she was in the middle of other things, by at least giving us a quick text to determine importance and giving us a time she be back in touch ... and she always followed up. A VERY SPECIAL AGENT!
