From our first contact, Ms Quarles resolutely sought to gain my trust and confidence. And she succeeded. She is an excellent and effective communicator. During our mostly long-distance relationship, she maintained frequent contact via phone and e-mail to advise me on the progress of the sale. She responded to every call and every message in a timely and courteous manner and was always available, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. In our communications, online, by phone or in person, she was always positive, energetic and never less than helpful, kindly, friendly and respectful. She was always candid and offered potential options, advice and solutions when issues arose. She was always open to discussion and took no action regarding the sale or promotion of the house without consulting with me and listening to me. Ms Quarles provided detailed explanations of her planned promotional and sales strategy for the timely and advantageous sale of my home. Her promotional efforts produced very attractive photography, including drone imagery of the home and its surroundings, that were widely publicized online. I received many compliments on it. In addition, she provided me with continuous updates on comparable homes for sale so that I might better appreciate and understand the real estate environment in the area. She also presented statements of potential net profits based on three different sales prices. Proof of the success of her expansive strategy lies in the result: the rapid sale of the house at a highly acceptable price. Ms Quarles and her husband also provided much needed assistance in dealing with a knotty problem: the sale of my personal vehicle. Mr Quarles managed the sale online and the Quarles offered their own driveway as a temporary parking space for the vehicle while the sale was processed. This was an act on their part that vividly illustrates their gracious and selfless generosity. I cannot thank them enough. Ms Quarles is a strong and highly ethical professional and I consider myself fortunate to have met her and worked with her to manage and conclude the sale of my house. I would emphatically recommend her to either seller or buyer.
