Kara was so thoughtful, energetic and diligent, that she made our home listing and sale go swiftly and smoothly. Kara has excellent ideas over pricing, photographs, prepping/staging, listing and advertising our home. Plus, she works tirelessly and she is a great communicator and listener! She really takes advantage of the latest technology to advertise our property to not just a wide audience, but to an audience that is desirous of our home’s features! Kara developed multiple offers for our home, and she oversaw the entire inspection, move-out and closing process. Kara did ALL of this in the middle of the COVID-pandemic. Kara was exceptional in the representation of our interests in this transaction. This was a long distance closing as our primary home is located in New Jersey. She conducted video chat showings and conferences. She was always available for in person walk-throughs on our tight schedules while in town. Every email and phone call was answered promptly. We were never not in communication. She has a comprehensive knowledgeable about the transaction process from the initial showing through post-closing. She also interacted well with all of our vendors and service providers and made sure that they did everything they could to insure a timely closing. I would highly recommend this Kara heaslip and we have already made referrals of our friends and associates who are also looking for their happy place in Naples.
