Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Our experience with Mike and Pine Island Realty was unique. Mike was actually helping the seller out as a service and act of friendship. Our seller and elder lady need his guidence in completing the sale. Mike handled the entire process in quick and good fashion. Both Deb and I really appreciated Mikes's expertise and guidence in comleting the sale, I am sure that if Mrs. Johnson were with us today she would agree. Mike you earned a Gold Star from God on this one.

I have known Mike Faulkner since October 2014. He helped my wife and I to purchase a house at Seagull Bay. Everything he did was over and above what I expected. He also found a condo for us on Stringfellow Rd. In this process he also became a friend which I value his opinion on many matters not just real estate. I have the upmost confidence in him as a friend and a realtor.

Outstanding service provided by Mike Faulkner. Friendly and easy to work with...he helped me find exactly what I was looking for in just a few days. Kept me informed every step of the way, throughout the entire process. He made it easy and hassle free. Also, extremely knowledgeable about Pine Island and the surrounding area. A+ service!!!

Great realtor to work with. Sold our house the same day we listed for the amount we had agreed on. Purchased another house through Mike, also a great experience. Highly recommend them. The best.

Mike has high ethical standards. We used him to purchase the property on which we are building our new house and he has the listing on the house in which we currently live. If that isn't a good endorsement, I don't know what is.
