Patrick Dearborn is a great person to work with, he takes the stress out of buying and or selling a house and makes it as easy as possible for his clients. His knowledge in real estate is bar none the best I have ever dealt with over the years in having dealt with other brokers. Patrick always takes his time out of his personal schedule to make sure all your questions are answered and you are happy with any decision you make through the process. He walks you through everything that has to be done from the very beginning to the end. I am also a snow bird so It was hard for me to make decisions being so far away since I am a hands on type of person but, once again Patrick takes the lead to ease my mind and helped me with all correspondence, inspections and the final walk thru to make sure his client was satisfied.
