Alysia did an incredible job. I contracted with her for both the sale of my existing property and the purchase of a new home. She found a buyer and put my existing home under contract within a couple of weeks. After looking at numerous homes together, she knew what I was looking for and the specific community I wanted to live in, and helped me toward that goal. While I was away on vacation, she located the perfect house for me in my target neighborhood, before the house went on the market. This ended up being the home I purchased. The transaction for the new home was smooth and problem free. However, various issues arose with the existing home sale, specifically with the inspection findings and a low appraisal. These issues both were potential deal breakers, but Alysia remained on task, using her experience, expertise, and contacts to handle each issue calmly and professionally, and saved the deals for me in the process. Alysia's calm, easygoing manner makes her very easy to work with, and also put me the buyer at ease during stressful moments with her positive attitude. She was always available to answer any of my questions and explain the process to me. I will highly recommend Alysia Testa to my friends for their real estate needs.

With twins on the way, I needed to sell my condo quickly and secure a good offer. It was Alysia's research of the community, experience in the industry and honest guidance that helped me feel comfortable with the asking price for my condo. Although other condos in my community had been on the market for weeks, I received multiple offers within 24 hours of my condo being listed. Alysia was very thorough with her countering process. She ended up getting me an offer over the asking price. Alysia is the reason my condo was priced appropriately, received multiply offers and sold over asking price. She was a pleasure to work with!
