Lisa Kreps Blanchard is the consummate Professional! We wrote up 3 offers on properties that we did not get and we finally got the deal done on the forth offer. Lisa was so thorough and upbeat through the whole process. Once we did close, she followed up on every single detail and made sure I had all the information that I would need in my new home. Lisa has an excellent grasp on the SW Florida market and a sharp business mind. I have had experience with many realtors in my past and would never use any other than Lisa in SW Florida for any real-estate related investment.

Lisa is AMAZING! I was unable to be on site for the house viewings, so she would send me videos and pictures of the houses in real time so I could feel included in the walk throughs. She is very considerate and went above and beyond for me! She is extremely knowledgably about the area and offered suggestions and recommendations for local restaurants and grocery stores. She made purchasing a home while out-of-state as pain free as possible. She has a GREAT attitude and a WONDERFUL personality, we are so happy with our experience!!! Thanks Lisa, you are the BEST!
