I worked with Realtors Karyn Samuel and Rowan Samuel (The Samuel Team) in Naples, Florida to buy and sell a custom single family home in the Pine Ridge community in Naples. I looked for a real estate team with a marketing background and a deep understanding of the Naples sales contract. I liked that Karyn used to be an attorney and Rowan used to be a marketing specialist. They advised me on intelligent pricing in Pine Ridge and they hired professional photographers and videographers so that the house would shine on Zillow and other major real estate websites. They used social media to help market the home. They held regular open houses, broker open houses, and accompanied every showing. They produced professional marketing materials. They also provided market reports, which helped me better understand the market and how my house was positioned compared to the competition. Once they found a buyer, they helped me through the inspections and recommended vendors to fix needed items. Karyn and Rowan were always available if I had questions or concerns. In a realtor dense community, it is hard to know who to use that comes recommended. I cannot recommend Karyn and Rowan Samuel of the Samuel Team enough if you are looking to sell a house in Pine Ridge or anywhere in Naples. They stand out amongst the rest!

I have worked with Karyn Samuel on 5 real estate transactions in Naples, Florida, including the sale of a beachfront house, a high rise condo, a single family home, a small condo, and a piece of land. Each transaction was seamless. Karyn kept me apprised of important deadlines and details, and she answered questions before they even arose. For example, in our most recent transaction, she made sure the land survey was completed in a timely manner, which I know helped the deal close quickly. A former lawyer, Karyn gives excellent counsel, and her advice was always on point.Highly recommend.

The Samuel Team was invaluable to us! We needed someone whom we could trust to work in our best interest since we are out-of-state and who would be involved enough to be pur eyes and ears. Rowan paid personal attention to the property which gave us a lot of comfort. Rowan also had a lot of knowledge of the local real estate market which was very helpful as well as the ability to market our property outside of the Naples area.
