The house purchase was somewhat complicated due to the age and condition of the roof. It took some time to resolve the sale for that reason, and because the seller did attempt to obtain insurance to help with a new roof, Mary Jo was very diligent and patient with us and with the seller, as we negotiated different solutions to the issue. Without her efforts we would not have been able to purchase the home.

As Canadians unfamiliar with real estate sales in Florida, Mary Jo helped guide us through the process, found qualified individuals to complete tasks to get the condo ready for viewing and arranged for some small repairs to be completed before closing. She was readily available to answer our questions and she truly understands the Naples real estate market. We did not have to travel to Florida for anything; Mary Jo managed everything for us from sorting and packing our personal belongings to finding a FIRPTA agent and all the way through to a successful "sale". She is a skilled professional and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

I don’t love being on camera. But Mary Jo went above and beyond for our sale. We live outside the country and she oversaw the clean up, painting, floor and window cleaning and the other minor repairs that came out of the inspection. She was professional, very efficient, had good connections to get the prep work done quickly. All in all -we really enjoyed working with Mary Jo and would highly recommend her to others.

Mary Jo quickly displayed her experience in the Florida real estate market but identifying property that met my needs. She then diligently went to work to provide support along the way. She was vital in the process. In the end, I purchased the property I desired with her help. She had the know how to execute the realtor's duties and followed the duties up with hard work.
