We would definately recommend Debbie to anyone thinking of puchasing or selling a property. Debbie was very knowledgeable and informative from the beginning of sale until the close. She educated us on market comparisons for the listing and worked diligently until the closing. Being Canadian residents selling in the United Stated did present some unkown concerns. Debbie was able to relieve our concerns with her knowledge pertaining to legal matters and tax implications and a list of possible proffesionals to deal with these matters for us. Debbie was very patient with us and supplied the facts that helped us make informed decisions. We can not begin to thank her enough for looking after things in Florida while we were in Toronto. Debbie is the consummate professional. She made herself available to us by email late at night and early in the morning, answering all our questions and concerns. She helped guide us through all the intricacies of our dealings with home inspectors, lending institutions, and the title company. Her knowledge of real estate would be hard to match by any other agent. She was a comfort to deal with through the buying process of our new home, and I would recommend Debbie to my best friends.
