We couldn’t have been happier with Jill and Angela. They were professional, as well as kind, patient and caring, in every step of the process. They persisted with potential buyers, even in a somewhat slow market and were flexible when minor problems and repairs arose. They went above and beyond in assisting us as remote sellers which we truly appreciated, since we were dealing with health issues at home. Site expert for the high rise building in which we own an investment condo. Worked to try for a buy sell with one of her listings. While it has not worked out as of yet Jill has extensive knowledge of the Florencia Building and could prove as asset as we try to sell our unit to downsize to a smaller unit.Always accessible and responsive.Not a lot of experience observing Jill's negotion skills yet.

Since i have not yet had Jill represent me in a buy or sell, i cannot answer some of the review questions. However, Jill has been extremely helpful and candid whenever i asked her advice or assistance. She is quite knowledgeable about the real estate market here in Southwest Florida and expresses herself in a very professional manner. We worked with Jill for the two years it took to decide we wanted to buy a house in SW Florida and she was by far the most professional, dedicated, friendliest and competent real estate agent we have ever worked with. Even after the sale was long-concluded, she has kept in touch and has gone WAY out of her way to help us - for example, when I flew down for a quick visit, she insisted on taking me to the airport. We can't recommend her highly enough for anyone who wants the best experience possible.

Jill has a superior knowledge of the market with expertise in The Colony and immediate area. She worked very hard on a short sale and a forclosure sale and was the primary force in putting 2 friends of mine in our area. Low key, low presure, thorough, and trustworthy, are her best attributes. Currently she is working on another home for me.

I would absolutely recommend Jill Kushner. She has fantastic locale knowledge and hard work has Jill on top of her expertise in this area. Her responsiveness is as rapid as it gets and she can handle all Buyer's and Sellers monetary situations. While my husband I are here in SW Florida enjoying our condo life, it was Jill who steered us right. She showed us how we can have a Florida home and still keep our condo in Illinois and enjoy both homes to the fullest.
